All Sales Are Final
Due to the sensitive nature of research chemicals and the strict handling requirements necessary to maintain compound integrity, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and confirmed.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To submit a claim:
- Email [email protected] with your order number.
- Include clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product and packaging.
- Describe the issue in detail.
We will review each claim on a case-by-case basis. If approved, we may issue a replacement product or store credit at our sole discretion. Refunds to the original payment method are not available.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit and tracking confirms non-delivery, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package. If the package cannot be recovered, we may issue a replacement at our discretion.
Quality Concerns
All products are shipped with a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) confirming purity and identity. If you have concerns about product quality, contact us with your lot number and specific concerns. We take quality seriously and will investigate all claims promptly.
International Orders
Ohana Peptides is not responsible for packages seized, delayed, or returned by customs authorities. International customers assume all risk related to customs clearance. No refunds or replacements will be issued for packages held or confiscated by customs.
