1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Ohana Peptides website ("Site") and purchasing any products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use this Site or purchase any products.

2. Product Use Restrictions

All products sold by Ohana Peptides are intended strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use only. By purchasing any product from this Site, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Products are NOT intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, or administration by any route.
  • Products are NOT drugs, dietary supplements, food additives, or cosmetics.
  • Products have NOT been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory agency for safety, efficacy, or any therapeutic purpose.
  • You will NOT use, sell, or distribute any product for human or veterinary consumption or administration.
  • You are at least 21 years of age and are legally authorized to purchase research chemicals in your jurisdiction.
  • You assume full responsibility for the proper handling, storage, and use of all products in compliance with applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations.

3. Research Use Agreement

By completing a purchase, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are purchasing products solely for legitimate in-vitro research purposes.
  • You have the necessary qualifications, training, and facilities to handle research chemicals safely.
  • You will comply with all applicable regulations governing the purchase, possession, and use of research chemicals in your jurisdiction.
  • You will not resell products for human or veterinary use.

4. Account Registration

You must create an account to browse and purchase products. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update your information as necessary. Ohana Peptides reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped from O'ahu, Hawai'i. Shipping times vary by destination. Ohana Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. For international orders, the buyer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photographic evidence. We will evaluate each claim on a case-by-case basis and may issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Ohana Peptides LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ohana Peptides LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ohana Peptides LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your purchase or use of products, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawai'i, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Honolulu County, Hawai'i.

12. Changes to Terms

Ohana Peptides reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
